Account: Nationally scarce (Na) in woodland and river-banks in parts of southern England, with records north to Yorkshire and west to Somerset, Worcestershire and Cornwall (MBGBI Vol 4 part 2) Larva feeds on Aspen, White Poplar and Grey Poplar.
