Taxon: Endothenia pullana

Authority: (Haworth, 1811)

Vernacular: Woundwort Marble

Account: Nationally scarce (Na) in marshes, on river-banks and other damp areas in parts of the British Isles Superficially similar to E. ustulana, but it is somewhat lighter in general coloration; the obscure markings and nondescript general appearance of both species distinguish them from others in the genus Endothenia; differences in the biology and habitat can be a guide in separating the two species, but examination of the genitalia may be necessary for confirmation [Bradley]. Larva feeds on Marsh Woundwort.
