Vernacular: Hawthorn Knot-horn

Account: Common in hedgerows and gardens throughout Britain, except the far north. Similar to, but usually smaller than, T. suavella. Larva feeds on Blackthorn and Rowan, living between flowers and leaves spun together with silk.
